- The actual condition differs from what was shared before booking

Any work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
9. Appointment Rescheduling and Cancellation
Customers should notify us as early as possible if they need to reschedule an appointment.
We may apply reasonable charges in cases such as:
- Short-notice cancellations
- Missed appointments
- No access to the property at the agreed time
- Work delays caused by customer-side issues not disclosed in advance
If JustThermostat needs to reschedule for technical, operational, or safety reasons, we will arrange another suitable time.
10. Third-Party Brands and Warranties
Some products sold by JustThermostat may be manufactured by third-party brands.
In such cases:
- Warranty may be provided by the manufacturer
- Warranty terms may vary by brand or product
- JustThermostat may assist with support where reasonably possible, but final warranty decisions may remain subject to the manufacturer’s policy
