        4. Installation and Service Charges<\/h2>\n

        Installation and service-related charges are generally non-refundable once the visit or work has been completed.<\/p>\n

        • Site inspection fees<\/li>\n
        • Consultation charges<\/li>\n
        • Delivery coordination charges<\/li>\n
        • Installation labor charges<\/li>\n
        • Wiring, converter, adapter, or interface fitting charges<\/li>\n
        • Troubleshooting or service call charges<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          If a technician attends the site and work cannot proceed due to customer-side issues, undisclosed site conditions, lack of access, incompatibility, or missing approvals, the visit charge or assessment charge may still apply.<\/p>\n

          5. Wrong Item, Damaged Item, or Missing Item<\/h2>\n

          If you receive the wrong item, a physically damaged item, or an incomplete order, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours\u00a0<\/strong>of delivery.<\/p>\n

          To help us review the case, please provide:<\/p>\n

          • Clear photos of the product and packaging<\/li>\n

                7. Compatibility-Related Returns<\/h2>\n

                Smart thermostats and related accessories may depend on voltage, HVAC system type, AC controls, wiring, interface modules, converters, internet setup, and other site-specific conditions.<\/p>\n

                For that reason, returns or refunds may be refused where the issue results from:<\/p>\n

                • Incorrect or incomplete technical details provided by the customer<\/li>\n
                • Undisclosed site conditions<\/li>\n
                • Third-party modifications<\/li>\n
                • Customer assumptions made without confirmation from our team<\/li>\n
                • Refusal to use required accessories, adapters, or converters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  8. Return Approval Process<\/h2>\n

                  Returns must not be sent or handed over without approval from JustThermostat.<\/p>\n

                  To request a return, the customer should contact us with:<\/p>\n

                  • Order number or invoice number<\/li>\n
                  • Contact details<\/li>\n
                  • Product name<\/li>\n
                  • Reason for return<\/li>\n

                    If the return is approved, we will share the next steps. Returned items that arrive damaged, incomplete, or in a condition different from what was originally reported may be rejected.<\/p>\n

                    9. Refund Method and Timing<\/h2>\n
